概念
- 肥満を背景とした有痛性の下肢脂肪織炎で、男性より女性に5倍多く、発症は中年に多い。脂肪の腫瘤(fatty tumor)は体幹・四肢に分布しており顔や手には出現しない。常染色体優性遺伝が示唆されている。(参考1)
- 治療は経過観察とし、圧痛が強い場合には摘出する。
