目的

• 皮膚に牽引力を働かせて、間接的に骨及び関節の疼痛緩和、整復、安静などを図る

種類

• スピードトラック牽引、絆創膏牽引、骨盤牽引、グリソン牽引、バランス牽引

適応

• 骨折：整復、局所の安静固定、手術前準備
• 脱臼：徒手整復を容易にする準備的操作・観血的整復後の関節離開の予防及び安静）
• 慢性関節炎及び急性関節炎：局所の安静、筋緊張の除去、疼痛緩和、不良肢位拘縮の予防
