症例は72歳女性．多発肝転移，リンパ節転移，腹膜播種をともなった進行回腸癌で血清AFP値の上昇を認めた．病理組織で腫瘍の一部に胎児消化管上皮に類似した構造を認め，同部位で免疫染色にてAFPが陽性であった．胎児消化管上皮類似癌と考えられたAFP産生回腸癌の報告は過去になく，大変貴重な症例であり，若干の文献的考察を含めて報告する．
