- 変形性股関節症患者の中に,臼蓋形成不全が軽度であるが,大腿骨に過前捻が存在し,股関節痛を訴える場合が多い.このような患者に対し,大腿骨減捻骨切り術を行うことで良好な臨床経過が得られているが力学的な検討は少なく,本報においては,CE角や前捻角が,臼蓋内部の応力分布に及ぼす影響について検討した.また,同様の条件で数値解析を行い,これにおいても有効性を検討した.
