概念
- 感染性心内膜炎でみられる指趾掌蹠の有痛性結節
- 感染性心内膜炎の15%の症例に出現する。
- 感染性心内膜炎において、弁膜に形成された疣贅の一部が末梢動脈の塞栓をきたし、血管性免疫反応をきたすことがオスラー結節の本態と考えられているらしい。
- 菌体はいないと考えられており、この部分の生検を行っても菌体は検出されない。
