結果の解釈

虚血性心疾患：心筋虚血による交感神経異常で交感神経神経末端におけるMIBG取り込みの低下。虚血後の回復は遅い。
心筋症/心不全：心臓交感神経終末障害によりMIBGの取り込みと洗い出しが増加する　→　早期像のH/M低下　遅延像のWR増加
