尿中のナトリウム

尿Na,Kと血清Naによる血清Naの予測
- 経口摂取と輸液による自由水の摂取がなければ
- 尿([Na+]+[K+]) < 血清[Na+] → 血清[Na+]上昇
- 尿([Na+]+[K+]) = 血清[Na+] → 血清[Na+]普遍
- 尿([Na+]+[K+]) > 血清[Na+] → 血清[Na+]低下
食品中の食塩量
- ほとんどの製品ラベルに記載されている、ナトリウム[g]はそのまま食塩量[g]と考えることができないので、指導する債には注意を促す。
- 分子量から考えるとNa(23), Cl(35.5)なので、ナトリウムx[g]は食塩 x /23 * (23 + 35.5)、つまり2.54 * x [g]となる。
- 例えば、小生が常食している某社のインスタントラーメンにはナトリウム2[g]との記載があるが、これは5.08gの食塩が含まれているということになる。もちろんスープは全部飲む。1日3袋食べたことがあるのだが、、、
