疫学

• 生涯有病率：2-3%
• 性差：成人- 性差無し。思春期では男性の方が多い。
• 発症年齢：20歳前後(男性の方が幾分長い)

症状

• 1. 強迫思考
• 2. 強迫行為
• 3. 強迫性恐怖

診断

• 1. 無意味あるいは不合理な観念が
• 2. 自分の意志によってではなくひとりでに、あるいは自分の意志に反して出現し
• 3. その観念を払いのけようとしても払いのけることができず
• 4. 無理に押さえようとすると強い不快や不安の感情が起こる

治療

• 薬物療法：クロミプラミン、SSRI。抗うつ薬が第一選択となる
• 行動療法
